Attorney Profiles

Anna Freeman is a 1996 graduate of Appalachian State University and a 2000 graduate of Oklahoma City University School of Law. She was admitted to practice in Tennessee in 2001 and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Middle and Eastern Districts of Tennessee.

Ms. Freeman joined Mills & Cooper in 2007. Prior experience includes both plaintiff and defense work for insurance companies, various corporations and individuals in the areas of insurance defense litigation, premises liability, workers’ compensation, family, employment, and criminal law. She now focuses on defense of governmental entities and insurance defense. She is a member of the Tennessee Bar Association, Nashville Bar Association, and Jr. League of Nashville.
